This page explains the behavior of this website preview. A public website will need its own accurate privacy notice after the booking, email, analytics, and marketing systems are actually chosen and configured.
What this prototype does
The demo form accepts a first name, email, optional last name and phone, and a preferred date and time. Submitting it displays a confirmation in your current browser session only. It does not book an appointment, transmit a message, create a customer record, or send data to FFD, MailerLite, or any other service. Form entries are not stored persistently. Please use fake test details.
The form has a separate, optional, initially unchecked box for future marketing email. Checking it in this prototype records no consent anywhere and triggers no subscription. A real signup would require a connected system and an accurate consent process.
Campaign attribution on this device
The prototype stores only first and latest campaign source labels in your browser's local storage. This lets the simulated booking display whether a visit began at a campaign entry such as the radio listener page. These labels can be reset in the booking dialog. They are limited to this browser profile and device; another device, a private window, or cleared storage will not share them. No person, contact detail, or appointment is stored with attribution.
Third-party media
The Byrna product image shown on this prototype is a local copy of an official Byrna media-kit asset; viewing it makes no request to Byrna. The official Byrna YouTube videos load only after a visitor clicks a preview; YouTube's own practices then apply. The optional hero clip loads from Byrna's media server only after a visitor clicks play. This preview has no analytics, booking processor, CRM, email sender, SMS provider, payment system, or connected MailerLite account. A public web host necessarily receives ordinary page requests and may keep access logs; those requests do not include the unsent demo form details.
For a future public site
The final operator, data fields, legal basis or consent language, processors, storage period, security, customer rights process, cookies, and contact practices must be documented to match the production implementation. No Google approval or certification is claimed.
